Adoption Fees

Deposit:

 We require a $200 deposit to hold your position on our waiting list. This deposit is applied to the final price.

  • Pick up from your Detroit (Cultural Center) location - No Fee

  • Pick up at the Milwaukee airport (MKE) or Detroit airport (DTW) - No Fee

  • Home Delivery by Car - $1 per mile from Port Sanilac MI (48469)

  • Delivery to your Airport by plane -  $650 and up depending on airport - fee includes courier and cat plane ticket, airport fees

  • Hand delivery to your airport in Europe, Asia and South American + $2500 and up

  • Delivery to Hawaii or Australia - You will have to arrange but we will facilitate what is necessary from our end

Outcrossed Lykoi Pets:   

  Coated F1, F2, or F3 - $500 w/3 year genetic health guarantee*

   Coated (furry) kittens that are F1, F2 or F3 outcrosses.  These kittens show characteristic lykoi personality, but are fully coated

Breeding Quality Cat
We are partners with Beeblebrox Sphynx & Lykoi and we are happy to mentor select new breeders that show an interest in holding a bar high in breeding and showing.  Please contact us to discuss options/availabilty for showing/breeding quality Lykoi.

Health Guarantees:
Kittens are adopted out with contracts listing the health guarantee which covers genetic disease, HCM, and FIP.  Although we are extremely conscientious in our breeding practice, it is impossible to promise that any cat exposed to other cats will not get FIP, (a disease caused by mutation of the common feline enteric coronavirus within the cat), or promise never to see another disease caused by genetics or birth defects. In acknowledgement of this fact, if your cat dies during the guaranteed period with such a disease, we will provide another cat to you per your signed contract.

By submitting your adoption application, you are verifying the understand the following statements:

• I understand that making false statements on this application could potentially lead to the cancellation of any contractual agreements and/or null and void any health guarantees.

• I understand that in the event that a kitten becomes unavailable for some unforeseen reason the $200 waiting deposit will be transferred to another kitten of same sex and quality for the same purpose specified. However, if I back out for any other reason my deposit will not be refunded.  We reserve the right at any time to elect to return your deposit if unable or unwilling to provide the desired kitten/cat.
